I am fully liscensed insured and hold a 5* food hygiene certificate. I also have a level 2 qualification for cake decorating and bakery. My grandad had his own highly respected and professional silver service catering buisness which enabled me to gain hand's on experience of helping to manage a successful catering buisness, silver service waitressing, food preparation, exceptional customer service experience and many other buiness skills which has provided me with the essential skills and empowered me to start my own business.
I love the experience of working with my customers and understanding their personality and special requirements to create a cake that will capture their dreams and be a part of their special day and event. I offer a large variety of style cakes from custom Cake's, Sheet Tray and Cake's wedding Cake's, loaded drip cakes to macaroons & cake popsicles and am always looking to come up with new exclusive ideas to add to my menu.
